5 Must Win Games For The Tennessee Titans In 2017

Week 1 — Oakland Raiders (home game)
This could very well be the Titans’ toughest game of the year, and it comes in the first week of the season.
The Raiders are going to be one of the teams to beat in the AFC in 2017. But the Titans are expected to win the AFC South and possibly make a deep playoff push.
If the Titans want to prove they’re contenders, and start the season off with some momentum, they need to take this game from Oakland. Especially since it’s a home game.
From a pure football standpoint, this will be one of the best games to watch in week one. It will feature two of the best young quarterbacks in the NFL, who we will likely be watching tear up the league for years to come.
As far as this game goes, however, the Titans’ season obviously won’t be over if they lose, but they’ll cement themselves as the team to beat in the AFC South if they win.
