Week 2 — Jacksonville Jaguars (away game)
Regardless of whether or not the Titans win in week one, they absolutely have to win in week two against the Jaguars.
If the Titans lose the first game of the season, they can’t afford to drop to 0-2.
And even if they win in week one, they don’t want to see their momentum slowed by the Jaguars. Especially considering the quarterback situation in Jacksonville.
In order to win in the NFL, you need a reliable quarterback leading your offense. Unfortunately for the Jaguars, they don’t seem to have that.
Blake Bortles has been bad this pre-season, and Chad Henne isn’t going to be the answer either.
A loss to a team with a quarterback situation as ugly as the Jaguars would be devastating for the Titans.
