Jashon Robertson — Offensive Lineman (Senior)

Jashon Robertson is one of the most experienced players on the Vols’ offensive line, and he almost certainly has some sort of future in the NFL.

But before he gets to the NFL, Robertson has business to take care of in his senior year.

Robertson has started 35 games so far during his Vol career, mostly at left guard and right guard.

But in 2017, it looks like Robertson will be Tennessee’s starting center.

And while the Vols have several players that can play center (Coleman Thomas and Jack Jones specifically), continuity is important. So is having the experience and leadership that Robertson provides.

A new starting quarterback will benefit greatly from playing with Robertson. Losing the Nashville native would be detrimental to the Volunteers’ offensive rhythm.
