Tennessee Vols: Week 1 SEC Game Picks And Score Predictions

The 2017 season finally kicks off this weekend. Week one concludes on Labor Day night with a matchup between the Tennessee Vols and the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
College football is finally back!
Thursday is always one of my favorite days of the week during college football season, because the anticipation of Saturday is almost to a peak.
And it’s the day I always put out my SEC game picks and score predictions, which is one my favorite things I do during the college football season.
As a writer, there’s nothing better than making correct predictions. With game predictions, we don’t have to wait a whole season to see if they come true. We get to almost immediately check our work and hold ourselves accountable.
Of course, we don’t always nail the predictions. But that’s the beauty of college football, we never know what will happen over the course of a game.
Take this week for example. We pretty much know that Auburn isn’t going to lose to Georgia Southern, but there’s always that small chance that an Appalachian State like miracle can happen.
And speaking of Appalachian State, they’re a team looking for an upset of a SEC team this week. They head to Athens to take on Georgia on Saturday.
Like we said, no one knows for sure what will happen, but I’m going to do my best to accurately predict the outcome of each game this week.
