Missouri is coming off a tough 4-8 year under Barry Odom, his first year with the school. I don’t know that Missouri’s final record will be much better in 2017, but the Tigers should be a fun team to watch.
The Tigers have a fantastic offense that returns ten starters. They have the ability to put up a massive amount of points.
But the defense, once a strength of Missouri football, is terrible. The Tigers are going to be in a lot of shootouts and unfortunately I don’t think their defense is going to be good enough to keep other teams from scoring more than them.
That won’t be a problem, though, against Missouri State. The Tigers should win their opener quite handily.
