This is a fun underrated week one matchup. It’s been overshadowed by the other neutral site games in week one, but it should be a good one nonetheless.
A lot of folks are high on NC State. One SEC analyst even has the Wolfpack making the College Football Playoff this season (that seems a bit lofty, but to each their own).
South Carolina, on the other hand, appears to be a team that’s destined to finish in the middle of the SEC. But I wouldn’t be shocked if they outperform expectations. They have 10 starters returning on offense, which could be a huge boost to head coach Will Muschamp. His teams typically struggle on offense. If they can find some offensive rhythm, they could surprise in 2017. But I think it will take a few weeks before they find that rhythm.
