Tennessee Vols: Week Three SEC Power Rankings
By Zach Ragan
14. Missouri Tigers
Last week: 13
Week two result: South Carolina 31 Missouri 13
I thought this would be a much higher scoring game, given the offensive firepower the Missouri Tigers showed in week one. And also the terrible defense that we saw in week one from Mizzou.
But either way, the Tigers still looked pretty bad against what’s expected to be a middle of the road team in the SEC East.
Things won’t get much easier for Missouri next week — they take on a Purdue team that nearly beat Louisville in the first week of the season.
And the Tigers will be facing the Boilermakers with a new defensive coordinator, as DeMontie Cross was fired on Sunday.
