The Tennessee Vols will take on the Florida Gators in Gainesville on Saturday at 3:30 PM ET.

The Tennessee Vols fan base has been winning championships off the field for a long time.

Even when Tennessee doesn’t play well on Saturdays, #VolTwitter still brings their A game. That’s something that is especially evident each year in September when the Volunteers play the Florida Gators.

Twitter user @DividedHome posted a photo this week of a tip that was left at a Texas Roadhouse in Gainesville on Thursday evening.

In case you forgot, the Vols ended their 11 game losing streak to the Gators last season with a 38-28 win.

I love this method of trolling so much. It’s subtle, yet effective.

And it’s not like the patron had to stiff the server either — he left $2.04 more than the customary 20 percent tip.

Vol fans have been having a lot of fun with last year’s win — the final score, Jauan Jennings burning Teez Tabor, etc. There have been some fantastic memes thanks to Tennessee’s win in 2016.

Let’s just hope it’s not all for naught. If the Vols can’t come through in the swamp on Saturday, it’ll put a damper on the all the great memes.

Though I have a strange feeling that Vol Twitter will still find a way to take the win, regardless of whether or not Butch Jones’ squad is able to deliver.
