Week three of the 2017 college football season is upon us! Will the Tennessee Vols beat the Florida Gators for the second straight season?

It’s week three of the 2017 college football season, which means the Tennessee Vols are hoping they’ll be dancing in September after their matchup against the Florida Gators.

The Vols aren’t the only team hoping to celebrate this weekend. There are several great games on the slate on Saturday.

As has become the custom, I’m picking games from the SEC that are expected to be competitive, as well as a couple of “games of interest” outside of the conference.

Before we get to the picks, let’s look at how I did last week.

Last week, I went 7-2 picking games straight up and 5-4 against the spread. I’m now 19-4 on the season picking games straight up and 9-10 against the spread.

The good:

I correctly predicted that Arkansas, Clemson, South Carolina and Georgia would win. Those were definitely the high points.

The bad:

I’m sure I wasn’t the only one that missed the Ohio State/Oklahoma game. I didn’t give the Sooners a chance in that game. I was also foolish and picked Stanford to beat USC. Obviously, USC is legitimate.
