Tennessee Vols: Week 4 SEC Power Rankings
By Zach Ragan
10. South Carolina Gamecocks
Last week: 6
Week 3 result: Kentucky 23 South Carolina 13
Just when I was starting to believe in Will Muschamp and the Gamecocks, they go and do something silly, like losing to Kentucky.
South Carolina had looked pretty good in the first two weeks of the season, with solid wins against NC State and Missouri. But the offense — which has consistently been a problem for Muschamp teams — wasn’t able to get the job done against the Wildcats.
To make matters worse, South Carolina will be without standout wide receiver Deebo Samuel the rest of the season. Samuel suffered a broken leg against Kentucky.
