Does Jon Gruden want to be the next Tennessee football coach?

If anyone tells you they’re certain that Jon Gruden will be the next Tennessee football coach, they’re absolutely lying to you.

I’m not saying Gruden won’t coach the Vols in 2018, I’m just saying no one has any clue what Gruden will decide to do.

Do I believe the Volunteers are making an effort to land Gruden?

Yes, I do.

And I believe they’re coming strong with their offer.

But that doesn’t mean Gruden will decide to take the job.

At this point, you’ve heard all the reasons Gruden will never take the Tennessee job. He has it made at ESPN, he said he’d make a bad college coach, he just likes the attention, etc.

That’s why I want to give you five reasons that Gruden would be very tempted to take the head coaching job on Rocky Top.
