Lane Kiffin — FAU  Head Coach

I mean, why not?

It would be a hard sell to fans, despite the fact that they loved him when he was in Knoxville.

But if you just look at resumés, then Kiffin is a great fit. He has the experience, he was an offensive coordinator on a championship team at Alabama, and he’s quickly turned around a FAU program that was previously irrelevant.

And I think if Kiffin gets another shot in the SEC — especially at Tennessee — he’ll do everything in his power not to blow it this time.

Kiffin is an offensive mastermind. Give him a solid defensive coordinator and he can dominate the SEC East.
