Willie Taggart — Oregon Head Coach

I’m skeptical of Willie Taggart, but I don’t think he’d be a terrible option at this point.

Taggart is a great recruiter, and he wants to be in the SEC. He’s proved he can turn programs around, doing so at Western Kentucky, South Florida and Oregon.

I don’t think Taggart is a slam dunk by any means, and he’s at the bottom of my list. But I do think he’d be able to have success at Tennessee, I just think he’s more of a gamble than most on this list (except for Martin).

Hopefully the Volunteers are smart and land someone above Taggart on this list. But if not, I think Taggart should be the floor in this coaching search.
