Tennessee Vols Coaching Search: Revised Hot Board

Les Miles — Former LSU Head Coach
Les Miles isn’t the most exciting option, but he would be a great choice to steady the program in a time of uncertainty.
Miles is one of the few college football coaches that has a national championship in the last decade (just barely) and has beat Nick Saban multiple times.
Obviously Miles, who just turned 64, isn’t a long term answer for Tennessee. That’s why the idea of bringing Tee Martin to be Miles’ offensive coordinator/coaching in waiting is a popular idea.
I would go with Miles before I’d go with options like Dave Doeren (who is out of the picture, but I’m still shocked that Tennessee even offered him).
