Frank Reich — Philadelphia Eagles Offensive Coordinator

Frank Reich got a late start to his coaching career, thanks to a 13 year playing career in the NFL.

So even though he’s already 56, he still seems destined to be a head coach (despite the NFL trending toward hiring younger head coaches).

Reich got his coaching start in 2008 as an offensive assistant with the Indianapolis Colts. He was Peyton Manning’s quarterbacks coach from 2009-10.

The former Maryland Terrapin quarterback (who backed up Boomer Esiason) has done a fantastic job with quarterback Carson Wentz as the Philadelphia Eagles’ offensive coordinator.

I’d be surprised if Reich wasn’t a head coach next season.
