AJ Johnson — Linebacker

If it wasn’t for rape chargers levied against him in late 2014, AJ Johnson would be in the NFL right now.

Those charges have still not been settled. If he’s found guilty, then you can mark him off this list.

But if he’s innocent, then it’s a shame he missed out on a pro career in football because of bogus charges.

That’s why I think Johnson would be a good possibility for the XFL. He’s one of the leading tacklers in Tennessee history and he can even run the wildcat (or beast package if you prefer).

I’d love to see Johnson on the field again. The XFL would be the perfect opportunity for him.
