Game-By-Game predictions for Predators-Avalanche series

Avalanche vs Predators – GAME 3
Now, the Predators visit the Avalanche’s home. Their crowd is pumped up, but not as hostile as the Predators. The Avalanche look to avoid a 3-0 series deficit, so they get off to a good start by pounding on the Predators early.
They will lead the shot category, draw many penalties (much like they will all series), and get many chances before finally making it a 1-0 game about halfway through the period.
The Predators head into the second period looking lost, but finally respond with a goal of their own near the end of the period.
The third period, tied at one, is about as entertaining as playoff hockey can be. But Filip Forsberg silences the crowd with a goal near the halfway mark of the third. But, the crowd gets revived with a Colorado goal to tie it at 2.
From that momentum, the Avalanche score again to make it a 3-2 hockey game! But, thank the hockey Gods for clutch Ryan Ellis, who slaps one in to tie it at three and force overtime. In overtime, the game is about as intense as one could imagine, but the Predators sneak one in and escape with a win and a 3-0 series lead.
Final Score: NSH 4 COL 3 — OVERTIME
