Memphis Football: Will their high scoring offense continue to keep it up?
The Memphis Tigers head to Louisiana on Friday night to take on the Tulane Green Wave. Here are our sitewide predictions for that game!
The Memphis Tigers offense can score the football and there is no doubt about that. The Tigers averages 49.5 points a game, led by quarterback Brady White and running back Darrell Henderson.
Tulane heads into this game with a record of 1-3. Their lone win of the season comes against Nichols State, while they have lost games to Wake Forest, UAB, and Ohio State. Their defense has allowed just under 500 yards a game, so the Memphis offense should be able to put up a lot of yards on a bad Tulane team.
Stetson Marlin’s Prediction
Memphis heads into this game scoring over 50 points in their last two games and they should do the same thing on the Green Wave on Friday night. White and Henderson should be able to put up a lot of yards on this team.
Tulane might be able to hang around for a half or so, but Memphis’ high scoring attack will be too much for the Green Wave to handle. The Tigers should hang around 50 points on yet another team.

Austin Wright’s Prediction
Memphis will be going to Tulane with one mentality. Beating the Green Wave by as much as possible. With a win over Tulane, the Tigers will be sitting well with a 4-1 record and will have a lot of momentum going into a stretch of important AAC games. Memphis will ultimately come on top on this one.
