Eli Manning isn’t a highly desirable target, but he can offer some advice to the young incoming quarterback and keep the Titans afloat for awhile.

It was pretty interesting how, after Patrick Mahomes‘ injury, everyone turned to the Giants and looked at Eli Manning as a possible quarterback for the Chiefs while Mahomes is out with an injury.

Manning is probably the least desirable candidate for me, but hey, he’s a Manning. Any Manning is a good Manning, right?

Manning will likely find himself on the trade block come the trade deadline thanks to Daniel Jones outplaying him up to this point.

If Eli were to come to Nashville, then it probably wouldn’t be for a couple of seasons. We are all aware of his age and where he’s at in his career, but I think he offers some valuable experiences and can teach a young quarterback similar to what he’s done with Jones.

One thing that might keep me away from Manning would be that he might retire after this year. If he can find a team to ride with for the next couple of years, he might stick around, but I don’t know if the Titans will be the team to do that for him.

I would be pretty surprised if the Titans tried to get Manning, but a short-term solution is usually how the Titans fix things, so you never know.
