Ryan Tannehill and Derrick Henry have revived the Tennessee Titans’ football season, and those are two players I am thankful for.

On this Thanksgiving holiday, I would like to give thanks to the two Tennessee Titans players who have revived the Titans’ season.

Ryan Tannehill and Derrick Henry have carried the Titans offense, and thanks to them, both the Titans could make a playoff run.

Tannehill has won all but one game since taking over as the starting quarterback. After losing to the Colts, Jags, Broncos, and Bills, Tannehill entered at quarterback and proceeded to beat the Panthers, Bucs, Chiefs, and Jags.

He took this season where it looked like the Titans might get a top-five pick to where it looks like the Titans might make the playoffs.

I’ve been a fan of Tannehill since his early years in Miami. I didn’t know what it was about him, but I just liked him and how he played. Unfortunately, he suffered from injuries that ended his time in Miami, but thankfully he found his way to Nashville.

Now, he’s won over the love of many fans throughout the fanbase, and I couldn’t be happier for him and the Titans.

Henry has been a huge part of the Titans’ success on offense. Without him, I don’t think Tannehill or any quarterback would be nearly as successful.

When Henry is getting his touches, the defense struggles to stop him, and it opens the offense and allows Tannehill to play comfortably.

Henry is also on pace to reach the 10,000-yard mark on the season, which would be a career-high for him. If he continues that pace, then not only will he hit that mark, but he will also allow Tannehill to air the ball out.

The Titans have the Colts next in a loser leaves town game. A loss wouldn’t totally end the Titans’ season, but it would make it increasingly difficult for the Titans to make the playoffs.

The last thing the Titans need is to go 8-8 or 9-7 and not make the playoffs and be stuck with a pick in the middle of the first round.

Next. The Tennessee Titans have one of the best duos in the NFL. dark

For now, on this Thanksgiving Day, let’s be thankful for the two players that single handily are keeping the Titans alive this season.
