A new report has come out that Jadeveon Clowney won’t take less than $15 million, which means the Tennessee Titans might not be signing him.

With sports, you should never say never because anything can happen. Everything has its price, and Tennessee Titans general manager Jon Robinson has done a good job at working his magic in free agency.

As Titans fans continue to watch out for Jadeveon Clowney news, I don’t think Robinson will be able to work any magic he has left over from 2020 free agency.

The Titans have been trying to get Clowney to Nashville for months now but have failed to do so. That’s mostly because Clowney’s price has been higher than Robinson and the Titans would like, and Clowney has also said he wants to visit teams in-person before signing.

A new report has come out regarding Clowney’s price, and it hasn’t changed much from earlier this summer. NBC Sports’ Peter King reported that he thinks Clowney’s number stands at $15 million, which would be a bit more than the Titans would want to pay Clowney. It’s also more than Clowney is worth.

If Clowney does decide to sit out the 2020 season because he doesn’t get $15 million this year, then I can only assume his stock will plummet with GMs throughout the league. If he expects to get anything more than $10 million next year after sitting out a season, then he likely won’t play in the NFL again.

Next. Tennessee has had an action-packed past few days. dark

Who knows what will happen with Clowney at this point. I don’t think that he’s coming to Nashville, but I do think that one of the 32 NFL teams will sign Clowney to a one-year deal.
