The Tennessee Titans are looking to get back on track after two straight losses, and the Titans could do that with a win against the Chicago Bears.

The Chicago Bears will be visiting Nashville this Sunday when they take on the Tennessee Titans in its Week 9 matchup. This could be a very even matchup as both teams are looking to get back in the win column after some unlucky past couple of weeks.

Both the Bears and Titans are coming off back-to-back losses, and a win this Sunday could give either team a boost they’ll need heading into divisional matchups next week.

It looks like Las Vegas is naming Tennessee the favorite early in the week. The Titans are 5.5-point favorites as the line opens over the Bears. The Titans get roughly a two-point bump for being the home team, so it looks like Vegas likes a three-point game between the Titans and Bears.

The over/under is at 46.5, which seems to be about where it should be. Both defenses will look to figure things out while both offenses look to put the ball in the endzone. The last two losses were decided by which offense scores 30 points, and the Titans were unable to reach that marker. We could see that same scenario play out this Sunday.

The Titans’ biggest weakness is obviously on the defensive side of the football. If the Bears can move the ball on third down, then it’s going to be very difficult for the Titans to win. The last two weeks have proven that long drives have killed Tennessee’s defense.

The Titans average 29.7 points per game through the first eight weeks, which is the sixth-highest in the league. While the Titans have leaned on its offense, the Bears have leaned on its defense to win its games so far.

It should be a close game on Sunday between the Titans and Bears, but if the Titans can get an early lead, they might be able to exhaust the Bears defense and win easily while the Bears struggle on offense.
