15. New York Jets

The Browns are really, really bad.

That’s the only reason the Jets aren’t dead last in our Power Rankings.

New York didn’t do much in free agency. They added cornerback Morris Claiborne, which will help the defense, but probably not enough to surpass their win total from last season (5-11).

The Jets also added veteran quarterback Josh McCown, who could be the starter in 2017 (ask the Browns how that will work out).

If Cleveland makes any sort of improvement in 2017, the Jets will be the worst team in the NFL.
