Tennessee Vols: Final Pre-Season Game By Game Predictions

I believe this is the most important game on the Vols’ schedule.

Well, they’re all important, but this is a game that I think could unite the fanbase.

I’m not sold on LSU and Ed Orgeron at all. I’m actually fairly confident that Tennessee will win this game.

My biggest concern about this game is that it’s currently scheduled as a 1:00 pm afternoon game. I think that works to LSU’s advantage a bit. Hopefully the game will be rescheduled to a night game, but I’m not sure if that’s realistic or not.

Anyway, this would be a huge win for the Vols. They haven’t beat a team from the SEC West since 2010 when they beat Ole Miss.

And Tennessee hasn’t beat LSU since the 2005 Rick Clausen comeback.

I think they get it done in 2017, ending yet another losing streak to a SEC rival.

Prediction: Tennessee wins
