5. Scott Frost — UCF Head Coach

It seems like Scott Frost is the next big thing in college football.

But we also have to remember that he’s only in his second season of being a head coach.

Has he caught lightning in a bottle in his second season at UCF? Or can he continue the success he’s had this season?

That’s the biggest question surrounding Frost. And it might be the reason why Florida or Tennessee doesn’t throw a ridiculous amount of money at him.

For what it’s worth, I like Frost a lot. I like the way he approaches the game, and I like the respect he has for those around him. I think he’d be a great hire, but there are still a few options with a more proven track record.

Frost could very well be the next big time coach in college football. But whoever hires him will be taking a gamble that he isn’t a one hit wonder.
